Job Overview
Candidate is applying for a Part-time Intern position The Zeneth Technology Internship program is designed to ensure that it will challenge staff members with meaningful work, and expose them to a career in the government consulting industry. The goal of our internship program is designed to combine the theoretical training and practical experience to ensure that staff members obtain meaningful work experience. Candidate must be a self-starter, flexible, a quick learner, highly motivated and a good team player. Accordingly, you must possess strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
This role provides onsite and offsite support primarily in Las Vegas, Nevada. Duties will include:
Assist in a variety of administrative tasks that will touch all facets of our business to include: business development research, human resources/recruiting coordination, finance/invoice creation, and support the overall communications strategy for the company.
Upon request, attend meetings and document meeting content, outcomes, and action items.
Perform General Office Duties, which may include preparing customer mailings; typing documents; making copies; constructing PowerPoint presentations; and sending electronic communications to employees via email.
Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications
Microsoft Office experience in Word, Excel & PowerPoint required.
Demonstrates leadership, organization, interpersonal and effective communication skills.
Can work a minimum of 10 hours per week.
Previous work experience is preferred.
