Business System Analyst
Location: Remote, US (must be available to travel 2-4 times per year)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate actively with product managers, customers, and cross-functional teams to understand processes, identify issues, and explore potential solutions.
• Develop detailed requirements using methods such as activity diagrams, low-fidelity mockups, Jira user stories, and interface specifications.
• Maintain thorough documentation libraries to ensure product information is clear and up-to-date with the latest feature updates.
• Work closely with development and quality assurance teams to ensure swift decisions on product requirements, enabling teams to maintain their productivity.

Requirements: 

• Worked for a minimum of 4 years in software business systems analysis.  
• Seek to be a product subject matter expert (SME) in every interaction with stakeholders.
• Clearly translate business needs into product features and functions through detailed, actionable user stories that delight our customers, using tools such as Jira, Balsamiq, draw.io, Vision.  
• Collaborate closely with development and quality assurance teams to review and refine user stories, ensuring mutual understanding and facilitating effective planning and implementation throughout the delivery process.  
• Earned a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
